This is a class that will dive into the dance between effort and surrender and offer refined clarity into the Universal yogic principles of alignment. In a light hearted mode of discovery we will enjoy learning and practicing together\, while priming our bodies to receive the day’s blessings. We will casually move through Hatha yoga postures designed to ground and align body and mind\, while simultaneously rising into greater sensitivity of our pranic nature through the transformative currents of the breath and pranayama. This class is applicable and beneficial to all levels; and especially potent for those interested in embodying and sustaining higher levels of consciousness. Led by Matthew Hara a practicing yogi for the past 25 years\, Matthew has lived and studied in India for most of 15 years. \n \nCommUNITY KIRTAN. Sing\, dance\, and celebrate the beauty of commUnity! ✨ Come with your open heART\, and let’s rise in devotion\, expression\, and unity together! \nAn enchanting Cacao Ritual with cacao priestess Taty Tamiraa from Brazil will initiate this evening which will serve as a grounding\, and heart-opening catalyst for deepening our connection with the Earth\, and each other. \nWe will then Expand into the power of sacred music and mantra! Within this safe and sacred space of vocal vulnerability and group harmony we will sensitize into our hearts and powerfully connect to our authentic self-expression. This unified field will support self-discovery\, compassion\, upliftment and Grace as we rise in our hearts and voices through the ancient practice of Kirtan Music. As a cherry on top\, a live Mandala portal will be created during this time by Taty Tamiraa which will serve as a potent portal to catalyze this journey. \n \nMANDALA IMMERSION. DESCRIPTION:The ThetaHealing® Basic DNA Workshop is the first in the ThetaHealing Curricula to certify you as a ThetaHealing Practitioner. The Basic DNA and Advanced DNA are the two main workshops that will give you the main tools to start as a ThetaHealer. \nThetaHealing technology is a proven\, effective spiritual technology that anyone\, with dedication\, passion\, and guidance\, can learn to use immediately – on yourself\, with others\, and even animals. \nThe heart of this workshop is the practice of techniques that allow you to change life patterns held in place by core\, genetic\, historic and soul beliefs\, either self-inflicted or externally imposed. ThetaHealing we believe you inherit beliefs and emotions from your ancestors. This level we call the genetic level. \nThe students experience an opening to the Unconditional Love of the Creator. The student will learn to identify his/her own beliefs as well as to practice pulling them for others in the workshop.
